Marlita Bevenue of Marlita Media Solutions
Marlita Bevenue started in broadcast journalism, writing and producing TV news. That storyteller’s instinct now drives her digital marketing work, where she’s led campaigns across healthcare, higher ed, and nonprofits. A proud Milwaukee native, she holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MA from Marquette University. Today she serves as the digital content strategist for UW–Madison’s College of Letters & Science and teaches social media marketing at Madison College, blending strategy, storytelling, and mentorship. She’s also the owner of Marlita Media Solutions, helping entrepreneurs sharpen their brands, run effective digital campaigns, and grow social communities that convert.
Matthew Krueger of Mk9 Design
Mk9Design Productions focuses on providing clients with high-quality video content to produce results. Focusing on social media, corporate interview, event, and commercial productions, Matt uses his 18 years of experience in branded video content, art directing, and production management to build out content for clients that engages, connects, and converts. He has led creative teams for brands like Remington, George Foreman, Black + Decker, and Duluth Trading. With experience on both the client and contractor sides, he has a unique perspective on growing a successful and profitable freelance business.
Grant Cadwell of Ark Light Co.
Grant is a freelance grip and set lighting technician, serving commercial and corporate video productions in Wisconsin. From his first on-set experience in 2017, he fell in love with the art and craft of film lighting. He spent the next 5 years honing his skills in markets like Atlanta and Nashville on a variety of films, TV shows, and other types of narrative content. In 2022, he transitioned to focusing completely on lighting for commercial, corporate, and documentary productions in his home state of Wisconsin. Grant has had the pleasure of working on productions for Delta Airlines, Nike, Bubbl’r, the Milwaukee Bucks, and Culvers, to name a few. He loves his job and does his best to bring a positive, “can-do” attitude to set each day.
