Kurt is a freelance filmmaker based in Madison, WI. He started as an Assistant Camera for clients ranging from CBS to Comedy Central to feature films. He climbed the ranks to Camera Operator then eventually to DP.
In 2017 his directorial debut “From Mass to the Mountain”–a feature documentary chronicling drought and deforestation in unstable eastern Panama–aired nationwide on PBS.
